At Tamannaah Fine Jewellery, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made and engraved pieces are final sale to maintain the exclusivity of our handcrafted designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and include all authenticity certificates; ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Complimentary Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a secure, insured courier pickup from your doorstep at a time that suits your schedule.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our gemologists will inspect the item for quality assurance, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
